SINdem, Autonomous association affiliated with SIN
On September 27, 2004, in Genoa, the SINdem Association was established as an independent entity affiliated with SIN (Italian Neurological Society) for dementia.
The Association aims to promote the development of basic and clinical scientific research in the field of dementia. To achieve this, it develops initiatives focused on training and updating professionals and young graduates, contributing to the improvement of quality in this field. The Association is a non-profit organization and positions itself as a scientific society that encourages the involvement of all scholars.
In recent years, the Association has shown particular sensitivity to the use of new IT and telematic tools. For this reason, it created its own institutional website (www.sindem.org) to serve as a platform for the dissemination of information about the Association’s activities and as a tool for the sharing of knowledge.
In this way, members and all interested parties can find answers to their questions on the website, with the aim of making the institutional site a place for gathering and cooperation among members and the broader community.
